Welcome to EYFS Consultant
I am an independent Early Years consultant supporting schools, settings and leaders to improve the quality of EYFS provision through review, training, coaching and practical school improvement support.
My work is grounded in the EYFS statutory framework, current DfE guidance, Ofsted expectations and evidence-informed practice. I help leaders evaluate what is working well, identify what needs to improve and build the confidence, knowledge and consistency of their EYFS teams.
Whether you need a full EYFS review, support with curriculum design, assessment and moderation, Ofsted readiness, safeguarding and welfare compliance, or bespoke staff training, I provide clear, practical and professional guidance tailored to your context.

EYFS Review and Improvement Planning
A focused review of your EYFS provision, including leadership, curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, environment, inclusion, safeguarding and welfare. You will receive clear feedback and a practical action plan.
